Through following processes, recruitment is taken under place in Jaguar (Private) Limited :

The job requirements and specifications for a position are defined in Job Descriptions Hiring requirements are identified by the concerned Departmental Head. Advertisement is forwarded

  • Scrutiny of credentials and call for interview

  • A designated panel interviews the candidates and most suitable one is selected after assessment of all members of the designated panel.

  • The candidate is initially hired on temporary basis for a 3 months probationary period after which his/her performance is reviewed and assessed by his departmental head. In case of satisfactory performance, he is hired on permanent basis.
