Jaguar Baby&Childrenwear is a unit of Jaguar (Pvt) Ltd, In which we are producing all types of Baby Sleep wear and leisure wears. This setup is well equipped with computerized stitching machinery. 

Laying & Cutting
We have a CAD system and one Auto cutter (CAM SYSTEM, Investronica) latest model with Auto Fabric Spreading machine (Bullmer).

Transfer Printing Machines
To print transfer stickers on garments we have Heat transfer printing machines of Hashima Japan & Transmatic Italy

Stitching
We have stitching unit, having an approximately more than 210 machines to stitch 5000 pieces of Sleep Suit and 20,000 pieces of Body Suits , 2000 Pyjamas per day and other items like Bib, Mitten and hats etc. All the machines are computerized and made by some well know manufacturers in the field like, Yamato, Pegasus and Brother.

Popper Machines:-( Press & Snap Buttons) Competition
We have fully computerized 12 popper machine made by PrymFashion U.K., well known manufacturers in Press & Snap buttons and machinery. We never compromise on the quality of goods. We are using non ferrous popper fasteners, NickleFree, to avoid the danger of rust which weaken the strength of prong. The non ferrous popper fasteners (Snap Button) are rust free and prongs grip the fabric tightly. We have strict checking on popper fastening (Snap Buttons fastening) machine. We may get pull test reports from authentic labs (If Required).

Metal Detector
To ensure the safety of products from any kind of harmful metals, we have very sensitive metal detector made by Safe line. It can detect even the smallest part of metal of 2.5mm to 1.2mm.

Keeping the sensitivity of Babies in mind we are very careful in using the materials to produce the garments. That’s why we selected best quality yarn for these garments. All the accessories which we use to produce these garments are fully secured and hygienic.

Dyeing and printing chemicals are guaranteed to be AzoFree, Non harmful, non inflammatory, non hazardous and non formaldehyde. So it is 100% safe and secure for mild skin of babies.

BHT Free Poly Bags
We are using BHT free poly bags for these garments. This poly bag is not only safe but also stops phenolic yellowing of garments.
